Who We Are
HivePay Admin provides administrative payment handling services strictly in an agency capacity. We are not a bank, payment gateway, escrow service, remittance business, or payment service provider. All funds remain the property and risk of the client at all times.
Our Approach
We act as a limited agent — receiving funds on behalf of clients, performing administrative reconciliation, deducting agreed administration fees, and transferring net funds to the client's nominated bank account. Transparency and compliance are at the core of everything we do.
Compliance & Integrity
All clients are subject to FICA and AML verification. We process information in accordance with POPIA and cooperate fully with banks and regulators where required by law. Our commitment to compliance is what makes us a trusted partner.
